Welcome to TrapTresses Wigs & Beauty, LLC (“TrapTresses,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2) Eligibility & Use of the Site

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state/province of residence (or you are using the site with the supervision of a parent/guardian).

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any laws or regulations.

3) Products, Availability, and Accuracy

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colors, textures, and pricing as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary by screen/device.

  • Texture patterns and hair appearance can vary due to lighting and natural variation.

  • Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product details at any time.

4) Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Sales tax (and other applicable taxes) will be calculated at checkout where required.

Promotions, discount codes, and offers:

  • May be time-limited

  • Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

  • May exclude certain items (e.g., new drops, bundles, or “Final Sale” items)

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is submitted. If a correction impacts your order, we may contact you or cancel the order and issue a refund/void as applicable.

5) Orders, Payment, and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Incorrect pricing or inventory errors

  • Incomplete or unverifiable billing/shipping information

  • High-risk order behavior

We may cancel any order and/or limit future purchases if we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations.

6) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance (when the package is scanned/received by the shipping carrier). If your package is lost or delayed, we will assist you in filing a claim where applicable, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package), shipping fees are not refundable.

7) Returns, Store Credit, and Final Sale Items

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Key points:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns receive store credit only (no refunds to original payment method).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, and unaltered, in original packaging.

  • For hygiene and customization reasons, many items are Final Sale, including any wigs that have been worn/installed/customized, custom orders, and sale items.

8) Hygiene & Product Safety Notice (Wigs & Beauty Products)

Due to hygienic standards for hair and beauty items:

  • Wigs and hair products are considered personal-use goods.

  • Any item showing signs of wear, installation, odor, product use, cutting, coloring, washing, lace alteration, or styling may be deemed ineligible for return.

9) Chargebacks, Disputes, and Fraud Prevention

We take fraud prevention seriously. We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification for certain orders (government ID matching billing name, signature confirmation, etc.)

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Refuse service to customers who engage in chargeback abuse or fraudulent claims

Chargebacks: If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first at Timeka@TrapTresseswigs.com so we can work toward a resolution. Unjustified chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, product names, logos, graphics, designs, videos, and text—is owned by TrapTresses or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without our written permission.

11) User Content & Reviews

If you submit content (reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, comments), you grant TrapTresses a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and business purposes (including social media and advertisements).

You confirm you own the content or have permission to post it, and it does not infringe on the rights of others.

12) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customer accounts

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others

  • Submit false claims (including false damage/defect claims)

  • Engage in resale activity that violates our policies (if applicable)

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that:

  • The site will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Products will meet every customer’s personal expectations (especially with natural variation in hair)

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrapTresses will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrapTresses from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk for the business.

17) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our site. Updates take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
