Return & Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

Effective Date: January 3, 2026
TrapTresses Wigs & Beauty, LLC (“TrapTresses,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining strict hygiene standards for hair and beauty products.

1) Returns — 7 Days (Store Credit Only)

We accept return requests within 1 days of delivery for eligible items.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only (no refunds to the original payment method).

To start a return, email: Timeka@TrapTresseswigs.com with:

• Order number
• Item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
• Clear photos (required for any issue claim)

We will reply with return instructions if your request is approved.

2) Eligibility Requirements (Must Meet All)

To qualify for store credit, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, uninstalled
Unaltered (not cut, colored, toned, washed, plucked, bleached, styled, or treated with any products)
• In original packaging with all tags, hair nets, and inclusions intact
• Free of odors (smoke/perfume), makeup, glue/residue, lint, shedding from wear, or any signs of use

If the item shows signs of wear/use/alteration, it will be denied and returned to you.

3) Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit:

• Any wig that has been worn, installed, customized, cut, colored, washed, or altered
Custom orders (custom color, custom cut, custom cap sizing, special requests)
Sale/discounted items, promotional/free gift items, and “Final Sale” listings
• Accessories, adhesives, sprays, gels, caps, combs, brushes, edge products, and beauty supplies (hygiene items)

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
If confirmed, we will provide a resolution which may include:

• Replacement (if available)
• Store credit
• Another appropriate remedy at our discretion

5) Store Credit Details

Approved returns receive store credit in the amount of:

• The item purchase price minus any shipping fees and minus any applied discounts.

Store credit:

• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
Can be used online (and/or in-store if you choose to allow it)

6) Shipping Costs & Return Shipping

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or a confirmed defect/damage.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. TrapTresses is not responsible for lost return packages.

7) Return Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Please allow 3–7 business days to process your store credit.
• If the return is denied due to ineligibility, the item can be shipped back to you (customer responsible for reshipment costs).

8) Refused Packages / Undeliverable Orders

If a package is refused, returned as undeliverable, or not claimed:

• Shipping costs are not refunded.
• We may issue store credit after the package returns and is inspected, minus shipping and handling.

9) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-risk orders. Unauthorized chargebacks, excessive returns, or suspected fraud may result in order cancellation and/or refusal of future service.
